This beautiful Virgin and Child Icon Christmas card comes in a set of 15 Christmas cards and 16 deluxe gold foil lined envelopes. Cards measure 4 1/2"x6 1/4" when folded.

The back of the card reads:
This icon was inspired by the 14th century Russian icon titled Mother of God of the Tolga. Icons that depict Mary with the child Jesus reaching up to embrace his mother are within the tradition of Elusa, or Loving Kindness, icons. The Tolga icon is a colorful and touching variation.
