This work of art is designed by an Italian master sculptor, it is shaped like a cross and has a relief medallion in center depicting the suffering face of Christ in great detail.  It is crafted in sterling silver.   The cross comes mounted on a mahogany back.  It measures 4.33" tall and 3.35" wide.
