When St. Therese of Lisieux was 8 years old, she was cured of an illness when a statue of the Virgin Mary in her family home smiled at her.

This elegant alabaster figure is a replica of that very statue. The statue features delicately detailed texture and depicts Mary crushing the serpent under her bare foot. The statue measures 9 in. tall by 2 in. wide at the base and 5 in. wide at the outstretched arms. Made in Italy.
