The Navarre Bible is an edition of Sacred Scripture prepared by members of the faculty of Theology of Navarre University. It consists of the New Vulgate, the Revised Standard Version, and commentaries, which draw on sources such as Church documents, exegesis of Fathers and Doctors of the Church, and the works of prominent spiritual writers especially Saint Josemaria Escriva, who initiated the Navarre Bible project.
