This large sterling silver 7/8in. X 9/16in. oval Miraculous Medal, inscribed with the words, "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee. The rear has all the symbols of the Miraculous Medal. Comes with a 18in. rhodium-plate chain with a clasp.  Packaged in a lovely maroon gift box.
