This sterling silver 1in. X  3/4in. oval Miraculous Medal, inscribed with the words, "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee. 1830."  The rear has all the symbols of the Miraculous Medal. Comes with a sturdy 24in. endless rhodium-plated stainless chain.  Packaged in a lovely maroon gift box.
