This unique round sterling medal depicts St. Elisa (St. Elizabeth of Hungary) with a basket of bread.  St. Elizabeth was a queen who served the poor by providing food for them, and she is the patroness of bakers.  The medal is 3/4in. in diameter and comes on a 20in. stainless steel chain in a velvet gift box.
