Mr. Storey has compiled an excellent devotional and prayerbook for the busy Catholic. He includes many traditional prayers as well as those with a newer feeling to them. Without doubt, the best part is the seasonal division of the book. Beginning with Advent, he allows the reader to progress through the church year with many choices for individual and group devotions. If he comes out with another edition, which I pray he does, I hope he adds All Saints prayers, a section of devotions between Pentacost and All Saints, more chaplets such as St. Michael, St. Jude,and others, and finally several ribbon markers. Mr. Storey's Praybook and Devotional for the Seasons will make a memorable gift for adult converts, Mother's Day, graduations, anniversaries, or something special for someone you know would appreciate and use it. The book is sized perfectly for pocket or purse, and its hardbound brown and gold cover and sewn pages ensure that the praybook will last many years. It's a real bargain at the price!
