I was searching for a New Testament that was both "readable" and handy. This edition is so much more than I hoped for. Very easy on the eyes with the new typeset and print on cream colored, gold edged pages. The notes are an appendix in the back making full use of the page for the biblical text. The leather cover is high quality and the imprint is beautiful. The two red ribbon markers are a nice touch. This is a perfect gift Bible that is a pleasure to read. I very much prefer this english version to the others I've used. Worth more than the price. My next purchase of a Complete Bible will be this version in leather binding with the Old and New Testaments.
