I've had this little book since 1970 and have reread it many times. It is the kind of book you do not have to read from cover to cover but can just open to any place and read the numbered paragraphs for insight, reassurance, strength. I'm now 66 but back when I was chauferring my children around to dance, piano, sports, this little book helped fill my waiting time and greatly influenced my life.
