Rose Pacatte, FSP, a Daughter of St. Paul and the Director of the Pauline Center for Media Studies in Los Angeles, CA, is an international media literacy specialist, a frequent conference presenter, and an award-winning author of books on Scripture and film and has served on numerous ecumenical film juries. She has an M.A. in Education in Media Studies from the University of London.
Ron Schmidt, SJ, is a Jesuit priest and documentary filmmaker working in Los Angeles and a member of the board for the San Damiano Foundation. His latest film is the documentary An Auschwitz Retreat: Spirituality Beyond Religion. Ron’s family has been in the film business for over 70 years. He lives at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Hollywood.
