 General Description:

These packets of Ashes for Liturgical Use on Ash Wednesday are made from burned palm fronds from Passion (Palm) Sunday celebrations the previous year.  Each packet will yield enough ash to make approximately 100 ash crosses on the foreheads of the Faithful during the Ash Wednesday Liturgy.

For ordering purposes, if your parish expects 1000 people for your Ash Wednesday Liturgy, order at least 10 packets of these ashes.
