This is a reprint of the 1953 edition of the Saint Joseph Daily Missal.
The missal contains a long introduction explaining the parts of the Mass, the various kinds of Masses (high Mass / low Mass), the types of feasts, the stational churches of Rome, instructions on properly using the missal, vestment glossary, holy days of obligation, fasting regulations and a liturgical calendar.
The missal has the ordinary of the Mass (the parts said at every Mass) in both English and Latin but only has the English translation of the proper (changing) prayers of the Mass.
The back of the Saint Joseph Daily Missal also contains a treasury of prayers including novenas, litanies, psalms and other common prayers.
The missal is hard-bound with a cloth cover and gold edging and contains five ribbon markers.
There is also black-and-white fine art throughout the text and line-art of the Mass in the ordinary.
