This technology prevents your information from being read as it is transmitted over the internet. This encrypted data is stored in a restricted-access server at our facility.

Passwords

In order to further protect your personal information we require that you use a password when accessing your account and checkout information. We recommend that you use a password made up of numbers and letters that is not easy to guess.

If you forget your password you can click the "I have forgotten my password" link on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and your password will be sent to that account.

If you want to change your password, log in to your account and select the "Change Password" option. Follow the instructions found there.

Safe Shopping Guarantee

Federal law prevents credit card companies from holding you liable for more than $50 of a fraudulent charge to your card. If you don't want to submit credit card information or other personal information over the internet, you are welcome to print out your order and send it to us or select the "pay by check" or "call in credit card" options during checkout. You are also welcome to our toll-free number to place your order. Please have the SKU numbers available.
