Arrival Dates

How Do I Find Out When My Order Will Arrive?

Please remember that in stock items will say "In Stock" right below the "Add to Order" button on the item's detail page.

Apart from normal closings on Sundays, we will be closed on the following days:

Good Friday
Labor Day
4th of July
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Eve
 

Check Item Availability When you are viewing an item, look for the product availability below the "Add To Order Button" (Picture 1). The message here will tell you how long we expect to take to put your package in the mail. For example, if the availability status says "Usually leaves our store within 1-2 Weeks" that means that we hope to send this package within fourteen days.

You can also see the availability of a product when looking at your current order (Picture 2).

Select Shipping Method After you have chosen all the items you want and start the checkout process you will be given shipping choices. There is a link next to the shipping choices that explains your options. Please read this information (Picture 3). As you make your shipping selection please remember that the shipping time is added to the availability time of the product. For example, if an item's availability time is listed as "1-2 Weeks" and you select Priority shipping, you should receive your order within 17 days (2 weeks plus 3 days for Priority shipping).

Ship Items Together? On the last step of checkout you will be given the option to have all of your items shipped together or have them shipped as available. If you select the "Ship As Available" option, we will ship parts of your order as items arrive in our store (Picture 4).

When Will I Receive My Order? Underneath the option to "Ship As Available" you will see a description of when you should have all of your order. If the receiving date of your order is later than you need it, please call us to see if we can expedite your order (Picture 5).

Discontinued Items

Some items will only let you order a quantity from a drop down list instead of letting you order as many as you want. We really would like to sell you whatever quantity you want but this item has been discontinued and we don't have any more left.

Adding To An Order

From The Product Page

Adding items to your order is very simple. The easiest way is to find the item you want and simply click the "Add to Order" button in the top right-hand corner of the product page. If you would like to order more than one of the item, fill in the "Qty" box before you click the "Add to Order" button.

From A Search List

When you search for an item using keywords or by browsing categories you will see a list of items with an "Add to Order" button and a "Qty" field next to the items. Use these the same way as you would on the product page. Some items cannot be added to an order from a list. These items are customizable or have special comments that you need to read before ordering them. To add these items to an order, click the item's title and then add the item to your order from the product page.

From An "Other Options" Box

Many product pages have a box near the bottom of the page that contains similar items. These other items are usually just a different color or material than the current product. You can either view these items and then add them to an order or you can select one or more of them to add to an order immediately.

Quick Ship

Quick Ship gives you the option of getting items faster that aren't currently in stock. Instead of bringing them to our warehouse, we have the manufacturer ship them directly to you for a small fee. This can usually save a week, and sometimes more, on delivery times. Look for the Quick Ship icon () on an item's page for items with this feature.

When you go through the checkout process you will be given the option to select Quick Ship for these products.

Payment Options

On-line Credit Card

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Orders that are placed with a credit card will be processed within two business days.

We only charge credit cards when we ship products.

Phone-in Credit Card

If you don't want to send your credit card number over the internet, select the phone-in credit card option during checkout. Once you have submitted your order, call us with your order number and credit card information.

We will process your order as soon as you provide us with your credit card information.

PayPal

If you are from the United States, you can pay using Paypal. When you complete your order there will be a link on the order page and sent to you in an email that will help you with your payment.

Checks And Money Order

If you would like to send a check instead, select the "pay by check" option during checkout.

Make sure that you write your order number on your check.

At our discretion we may hold an order until the check clears. We do not accept personal checks from outside the United States but will accept international money orders in US funds.

There is a $20 charge for all returned checks.

Mail-In Order

If you prefer to mail us an order instead of submitting it on-line, place all the items you want to buy in your order and then select the "Print Order" option from the order screen. Print and fill out the form and send it to us with your payment.

Please do not print out pages of the site and send them to us as your order. Please select all the items you want and then print the complete order form. This is the only way you will know what your shipping charge and taxes will be. Payment that does not include shipping charges will not be processed.

Gift Certificates

If you have gift certificates you can enter the numbers during the checkout process. Separate each number with a comma.

If your gift certificate total is less than your order total you will need to pay for the balance with either a check or a credit card.

If your gift certificate total is greater than your order total your gift certificate will retain the remaining balance. You can then use the gift certificate for another purchase.

Sales Tax

Aquinas and More Catholic Goods only charges sales tax if your billing address is in Colorado.  You are responsible for any sales tax due by law in your own state.
