The Great Plan and the Perpetual Rose
T.L. Smith

The Prayer of God’s Promise to His people One night, as Silver Star listens to a little boy and girl praying, his father, Big Star, tells him they are saying a very special Biblical prayer, and that there is a profound story behind it—a story Mr. B can relate to because he was the first star to hear of God’s Great Plan for mankind. “Over two thousand years ago, when I was still young and fast,” says Mr. B, “I was exploring the vast galaxy when I saw a beautiful angel. God called him St. Gabriel and wanted to send him to earth for a special meeting with a young virgin named Mary.” That night, as Mary prayed, St. Gabriel greeted her with the words: Hail, full of grace, the Lord is with thee…Behold, you shall conceive in your womb and shall bring forth a son and you shall call his name Jesus. He shall be great and shall be called the Son of the Most High.” As all of Heaven stood still and the entire galaxy was silent, “How shall this be done?” Mary asked, to which St. Gabriel replied, “The Holy Spirit shall come upon you and the power of the Most High shall overshadow you. And therefore also the Holy which shall be born of you shall be called the Son of God.” An amazing story, it is a miracle beyond our understanding, and one that is beautifully depicted in The Great Plan and the Perpetual Rose.

Told through the “Hail Mary” prayer, it is an account of the birth of Christianity and based on books endorsed by the Roman Catholic Church and on approved accounts of the Annunciation and Incarnation as related by the Venerable María de Ágreda whose book, The Mystical City of God, was approved by Pope Innocent XI in 1686. As they turn the pages of this colorfully illustrated book, the author would like the readers, both children and adults, to appreciate the Eternal Father’s great love for His people in giving His only Son to be with us on Earth. In addition, children will discover how Christianity was born through the word "Fiat". A secret is also revealed about this Biblical prayer that many are not aware of today which will change the way you say this prayer. Silver Star’s next adventure will be The Great Plan and the Pure Vessel (Clues of the Ark of the Covenant), due to be published as early as 2013.
