En el año 2005, Midwest Theological Forum se propuso hacer una edición económica y popular en español de la Sagrada Biblia, en un solo volumen, y que tuviera unos comentarios y notas hechos por el profesorado de la Facultad de Teología de la Universidad de Navarra. En diciembre de 2007, la Archidiócesis de Chicago concedió la aprobación eclesiástica a estos comentarios y notas, que proporcionan al lector la riqueza de las enseñanzas del Magisterio de la Iglesia Católica, de los principales Padres de la Iglesia y de muchos Santos.

In 2005, Midwest Theological Forum proposed to make an affordable, popular edition of Sagrada Biblia, in one volume, that has commentaries and notes prepared by the professors of the Theological Faculty of the University of Navarre. In December 2007, the Archdiocese of Chicago granted ecclesiastical approval to these commentaries and notes, which provide the reader with the richness of the teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, the preeminent Fathers of the Church, and many saints.
