This item received 5 stars overall. A pro-life look at a baby in the womb worth owning and worth giving as a gift.

So many children's books deal with conception and birth in such a crass way, that Before You Were Born is a pro-life breath of fresh air.  What a wonderful book for a child who is about to have a sibling or a study of the human body or during a family discussion of pro-life issues.  Written in the second person, referring to the baby growing in the womb as "you," it engages children in story to see the glory of every baby and their own precious life as the gift God intended.
 
Before You Were Born is a children's book appealing to wide range of ages.  The physical description of the baby on each page of the book is lovely and as the hair, eyes and nose is discussed, we point to each body part mentioned when reading it to our 2 year old, and h Full Review...
