Before I start off this newsletter I need to say a couple of things.
First, this newsletter isn't for you because you get our newsletter and already do know. According to a recent survey, 3 out of 4 adult Catholics don't know that the Mass is changing this Advent.
Second, this newsletter is for you to send to someone who may be part of the 75% and could really use a timely reminder from a friend. You can go ahead and delete this first paragraph and forward on the rest.
I know that you want to get more out of Mass each Sunday so I'm sending you this newsletter that has some great ideas to help you prepare and participate in Mass each week.
This Advent the biggest change you have probably ever seen will be coming to the Mass. After many years of work, the English translation that you are familiar with will be changing.
The new text is a more accurate translation than the current one and is going to require some preparation if you don't want to feel lost when Advent starts.
Fortunately, Aquinas and More has the largest selection of resources for you to prepare yourself and your parish for the upcoming changes to the Mass.
If your parish hasn't started a program to prepare everyone for the changes, please have your pastor watch this video that explains the resources available to make preparation easy for all involved.
