We are a Catholic book and gift store located in Lubbock,Texas. We strive to carry orthodox Catholic goods and materials that are instrumental in forming and building the Catholic faith. Brother John's also has an extensive inspirational gift and music line. Churches often find it convenient to order everything from clergy apparel (vestments, clergy shirts, albs, etc.) to candles,communion hosts and alter vessels from Brother Johns. If we don't have it we will not hesitate to find it and special order it for you.

We began in a small closet at St. John Neumann Catholic church. Throughout the years you, our loyal customers, have helped grow to the store that we are today. In February 2007,the founding owner, Greta Smith, sold Brother John's to Tom & Diane Botello. Tom & Diane are nurses (and were very frequent shoppers of Brother John's) felt priviledged that this ministry has been entrusted to our family. We still maintain our nursing jobs, but with the help of our amazing employees and our children the store is thriving and we hope to continue to serve our Catholic brothers and sisters as a resource for sacramentals, reading and study materials, and everything to meet their Catholic needs!
